Need more than 1 Face painter? Email hello@artily.com.au Your choice of design complexity: ✨Detailed designs: 10 faces per hour. Full faces, arm paints, custom requests. Creating a luxury experience and amazing body art. ✨Standard designs: 12 faces per hour. Mask style face paints and arm paints, from a menu board. This is the most popular option as it balances between speed and art. ✨Velocity designs: 15-20 faces per hour. Highly rehearsed simple designs to maximise speed, and help reduce number of face painters required, limited to a small menu board selection. 🌈 FACE PAINTING Facepainting is always a fan favourite! Watch as your child stares in awe at themselves, and proceeds to embody the character/animal they are painted as. IMPORTANT: Facepainting is age 3+ only. This is to adhere with professional practice standards set by face paint manufactures and my insurance. HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO A PRIVATE PARTY BOOKING? • No maximum number of attendees • Option of velocity designs (speed painting) • Flexible payments to align with payroll • Free marketing to my client network through social media channels. Terms of service
CANCELATION AND POSTPONEMENT: The following applies to time changes of 30 minutes or more, cancellations, and changes to location which impact scheduling. 8+ days notice: 50% deposit transferred to your new date/time within 3 months. If you have paid up front, remaining 50% can be refunded or transferred. 3-7 days notice: 100% of fee paid. 50% transferable to a new date within 3 months. 50% of fee void. Within 2 days notice: Full fee void due to late cancellation Any transfers of funds to new time (or date) may only occur once, and are subject to availability. TRAVEL: Price is inclusive of travel to any location within 30km (1 way, no tolls) from Belgrave. Locations further than 30km will incur a travel fee. This fee will be added to your invoice upon securing your booking. Please also note if free parking is not available nearby the venue, then the cost of parking will need to be reimbursed. CHILD SAFETY: Entertainment is not a substitution for parental supervision. Children are still the responsibility of their guardian. Children must NEVER be left unsupervised. Please ensure any children displaying covid/flu/cold-like symptoms, or with a contagious virus do NOT attend the event
